Masquerade Ball!

This past weekend was such a blast. John works for a company called Clearlink and they had there annual winter party this last Saturday. Can I tell you it was AMAZING. The theme was Cirque Du Clearlink. It was held at the Rail Event center downtown. We have never been there before, you enter through the side entrance and it looks grungy. We were like what is this place and why are we having it here. Then you walk around to the front and it's really nice. We had to dress up in a formal and where masks. I was kinda wondering how it was all going to go down but it was so much fun. It had amazing entertainment and food. They gave awards out. People were winning trips to anywhere they wanted to go for a week and the owner would give him his credit card. I was blown away. A hipnotist came and we ended the night full of dancing! We have not done this kind of stuff for such a long time so we had so much fun and enjoyed every minute of it.

This is how it looked inside. I loved the center pieces. this picture doesn't do much justice of how cool it looked.
The dancers. The people that would do the ribbon flips were so amazing!
I loved our mask! I brought them home from europe when i went, they turned out great! Its fun to dress up all nice sometimes.
My handsome husband eating cotton candy. They had a cotton candy table, I have not eaten that stuff since i was a kid. We were lovin it this night!

Backyard Camping!

I have been dying to go camping lately. Since we went to Ohio this summer we have not been able to. This past weekend we planned on going, I even went to get all of our camping gear so we were ready. Both nights though were kinda stormy and crappy weather to camp in. I really was bummed i was getting so ready and excited to go camping again. We decided since we can't go in the mountains to camp that we would bring camping to us in my parents backyard. It brought back so many memories of when we would do that when i was little. It turned out to be a lot of fun. It was still a little windy and in the middle of the night i would wake up thinking the tent was going to fall down on us. We had fun making funny faces for the camera but all of them turned out looking like I was ghostly. Backyard camping is nice because when you wake up you still get the amenities of your own home.

Good bye Ohio!!!

Saying goodbye to our first apartment
Workout room
Our kitchen with no microwave
Bathroom
Our bedroom with the most uncomfortable bed
Family room/Office meeting area
Us on our Sunday Hike
(What you can't see are the bugs following us along the whole trail)
Its official I'm a seller
Miles and miles of corn
More corn

I know we have been home for one and a half weeks but I am now getting around to blog our last days in Ohio. One day before we left I decided I would go out selling with him for a day and we got two sales! I even got my own dish satellite shirt so it was official. I really had a lot of fun going with him. We went out in the afternoon time and we drove around forever and no one was home. We knocked about 6 doors before I got tired of it so we went to a lake in his area to hang out till people got home. Our first house after was a sale and I couldn't have been more excited. At first I was nervous to see how it was done. I don't know why but I get jittery waiting for the people to come out. It was cool to see what John does out here and he is one dang good salesman. At the end of the night, after we got our last sale, we were going home and out here there are corn fields everywhere. I really wanted a picture by one to show everyone how tall they are. I didn't really know how tall they were until I stood next to one and they are GIANT! Ohio was a great journey for us and I will always cherish the memories we made there. Our cute little apartment with no furniture in it. Eating at ten o'clock at night which i probably will not miss. Baseball game, Sunday hikes, shopping visits that are 2 hours away and much more. It was a very pretty place and I am glad we got to go there together. Here are pictures of our last days in Ohio and our first apartment together... ENJOY!

Morning with Roses!

For the past couple of days i have been sick. Today i woke up not feeling good again so john went to the store to get me some orange juice, fruit and some medicine. When he came home he gave me my stuff, I started cutting the cantaloupe and john was cleaning out this protein bottle we had on top of our fridge. He throws away the protein inside and starts washing it out. I was thinking it was weird he threw it away but i thought it went bad or something. He then goes out to his car and he comes back in and surprises me with this bouquet of roses to help me feel better. It was a very fun surprise and it really brightened my day.. I love You Baby!

Our Ohio Adventure!

We both had Cleavland Indians shirts that we wore to the game
This is the coming into Cleavland it had alot of cool buildings..

We are now in Ohio, we will be living here until the middle of august. John is doing summer sales, he went out before we got married then we moved back out here after our honeymoon. It has been quite an adventure out here excpecially for me. John works mostly all day so it leaves me to be very creative with my time. Oh and i do not have a car here. So my day consist of movies the pool, going shopping every once in a while and doing things on the computer. Its not to bad i always complain on how bad it is but i always make my days fun. We have done some really fun things while we have been here to. I got to go through the Columbus temple. A couple that's out here was going one day so i got to tag along with them. It was a very pretty temple but it was really small. It was smaller then the oquirh temple. I have not done a session since i took out my endowments out so it was so nice to go back. I was a little nervous at first that i was not going to remember everything but everyone was so helpful. Another fun thing we got to do was go to an Indian/Yankees game. This past Monday the office had the day off so i saw the the Cleavland Indians were playing the Yankees and i did not want to pass that up. So the office all drove to Cleavland and saw the game. It was so much fun and i have never been to a MLB game. The stadium was huge and it was so fun to be in a big city. Before the game us and another couple went early and we hit up the mall and went through some stores. overall it was such a fun day and i loved being able to spend the whole day with john. We have liked being out her. It is totally different from Utah with no mountains, it has trees and crops everywhere. Here are some pictures of all the exciting things we have done.
